If you have been using your BioMagnetic Sport product for a few days or even weeks and you don’t feel it is helping with your injury but it has been less than 28 days please continue to use the product as directed. As most natural therapies, magnetic therapy is something that takes time and you need to allow the magnets ample time to help facilitate pain relief. After the 28 days have passed please call our office on 1300 884 456 to arrange a return. Do NOT take the product back to where you purchased it, BioMagnetic Sport is responsible for the 28 day money back policy so you must go through our office to organise a full refund. Please retain your original packaging and a copy of your proof of purchase in order to claim on the 28 day money back policy.
