We've only just got this but it is exactly as described. Fits well. Wear it overnight and experience increased blood flow to injured area.
I've used similar products in the past. Cured old aches and pains with about 6 weeks of overnight use.

Mixed review

Bought the bio magnetic therapy bands in small/medium and large/xlarge....s/m was way too small for any adult to use anywhere, and the l/xl was way too small for using on my ankle which it was recommended for and it was too loose for using on the wrist. Also purchased the magnetic muscle wrap which helped alot but twists around so much it ends up digging into the calf and behind the knee...really needs a rethink on the huge metal thingy
