Hello everyone, we wanted to take a moment to post an update on our COVID-19 measures and how this affects our handling and safe delivery practices so you can confidently purchase with us online during this uncertain time.
Whether you are battling this pandemic on the frontlines or doing your part to isolate at home our thoughts go out to all of our affected customers. As a natural alternative brand the health of our customers and our staff has always and will always come first, we wanted to answer some key questions you might have about our shipping and warehousing practices during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Can I still order from BioMagnetic?
Yes, you can. Our office, including our customer service team are practicing social distancing and working from home, and our incredible warehouse team continues to pack and dispatch orders.
Orders will ship as usual and on time.
What precautions are you taking with your warehouse staff?
Fortunately, we are a small business which means we do not need too many warehouse staff to keep our orders flowing this has been beneficial during this time of social distancing.
However even our minimal staff are taking all measures that have been recommended by the Australian government, ensuring we do our part to slow the spread while maintaining optimal service to our customers.
Hand washing and good hygiene is practiced with all of our staff.
Will my package be delayed because of COVID-19?
The short answer is: it might, but so far we haven't had delays on our deliveries with Australia Post.
However, Australia Post has informed us that they are currently experiencing some delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in their network.
Please be patient and use your tracking number to keep an eye on your package. Our posties are doing their very best to get your order to you.

Do border restrictions apply to your online orders?
The border restrictions currently in place in some Australian states do not apply to the postal service. All our orders are shipped through Australia Post, who continues to deliver Australia-wide and follows stringent safe delivery practices.
