If you have used it for 28 days and you feel no difference, please call our office to arrange a return. They will advise you on all the necessary steps you need to take from there. Please DO NOT take the product back to the place of purchase as we are solely responsible for the 28-day money-back policy. All you need for a refund is the proof of purchase and original packaging.
My discount code did not work, what should I do? First, make sure you entered the code correctly (please note that it is case-sensitive). Check if the code is still within its usable date and that the system does not show it as a code already used. ⦿ Use a mild detergent to hand wash and soak your back support and then rinse until the water runs clear and there are no bubbles.

⦿ Be sure to completely rinse it to avoid any skin irritation from detergent residue.

⦿ Hang dry, in the sun if possible.
